Account information: name, email address, username, and role (creator or affiliate)
Payment information: processed securely through Stripe (we do not store card details). This includes subscription billing data for Pro plan subscribers and Stripe Connect details for affiliates receiving payouts.
Submission data: video URLs, tracking IDs, and performance metrics (views, likes, comments, shares)
Usage data: pages visited, features used, and general analytics

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

Provide and maintain the Platform
Process campaign payments, platform fees, subscription billing, and affiliate payouts
Validate video submissions and track performance metrics via third-party APIs
Send account-related communications (verification, password reset, payout notifications)
Improve and develop new features

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Stripe: for payment processing, subscription billing, and affiliate payouts
Supabase: for authentication and database services
Mailgun: for transactional emails (via custom SMTP)
Third-party video APIs: for retrieving publicly available video performance metrics (e.g., view counts, likes)

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

Correct inaccurate data
Delete your account and associated data

Cancel your subscription at any time

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for financial record-keeping (e.g., transaction history).
