1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AmplifyClips ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AmplifyClips is a platform that connects content creators with affiliates who create short-form video clips. Creators run campaigns with reward pools, and affiliates earn payouts based on video performance.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Pricing and Fees

AmplifyClips offers two pricing tiers for creators:

Pay As You Go (PAYG): No monthly subscription. A platform fee of 20% of the prize pool (minimum $10) is charged per campaign. Maximum prize pool is $200 per campaign.
Pro: $49/month subscription. A reduced platform fee of 10% of the prize pool (minimum $10) is charged per campaign. Maximum prize pool is $5,000 per campaign.

Platform fees are charged on top of the prize pool at the time of campaign creation. 100% of the prize pool goes to affiliates. Fees are non-refundable once a campaign is created and funded.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your Pro benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. Active campaigns continue to run after cancellation. Downgrading to PAYG means future campaigns will be subject to PAYG fees and limits.

6. Creator Responsibilities

Creators are responsible for funding their campaign reward pools and applicable platform fees. Once a campaign is funded and active, the reward pool is held in escrow and distributed to qualifying affiliates based on the campaign's payout model.

7. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates must submit original content that complies with platform guidelines and campaign rules. Submissions must include the assigned tracking ID and the #amplifyclips hashtag. Artificially inflating metrics (views, likes) is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification and potential account suspension.

8. Payments and Payouts

Campaign payments and subscription billing are processed through Stripe. Affiliate payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Affiliates must complete Stripe Connect onboarding to receive payouts. AmplifyClips is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or bank institutions.

9. Refund Policy

Platform fees and subscription payments are non-refundable. Unused portions of a prize pool may be refunded to the creator only if a campaign is cancelled before any payouts have been made, at our discretion.

10. Content Guidelines

All content must comply with applicable laws and the terms of service of the platforms where it is published (e.g., TikTok). Content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringes on intellectual property rights is prohibited.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of subscription fees or platform fees already paid.

12. Limitation of Liability

AmplifyClips is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
